Gill has extensive experience in paediatric and neonatal intensive care and has been working at NETS for 6 years. On this episode we cover: what is NETS, how the Neonatal/paediatric retrieval system works, how patients are triaged, what it's like to work at NETS, PPHN, nitric oxide and Gill's most exciting moment.
